Over the years, AVS expanded into servicing other new technologies like plasma screens and DLP projectors as these products entered the market. Regular customers that had come to depend on AVS for great service wanted to purchase new equipment from their trusted partner, so AVS added new product sales at warehouse prices to our offerings. Today, AVS repairs over 100 pieces of presentation equipment every month and services traditional media products such as 35mm projectors and roll laminators as well as the latest in trade show, boardroom and home theater display technology. We service customers all over North America from our Woodstock headquarters, and AVS is an authorized warranty repair center for more than 20 leading manufacturers. Perhaps the reason for our success is best summed up in the words of our Service Manager: “Our mission is to deliver the finest service possible and to understand the changing needs of our customers. We represent manufacturers responsibly and demand high integrity in our customer service. Most of all, fairness in pricing and quick turnaround are the best ways we have found to meet, exceed our customer’s expectations.” |
