repairs. You can trust our factory certified technicians to properly
diagnose and correct any problem you might encounter with your projector
or plasma screen, no matter what the cause.
Physical Damage
We understand that it’s often a necessity to travel with your
projector, and accidents do happen. If your unit has suffered physical
damage, AVS can evaluate the situation and provide a comprehensive
repair estimate; then you decide if repair or replacement is the best
choice for you. If it can be fixed, we’ll take care of the repairs – if
not, we may be able to offer a low cost replacement unit.
Unfortunately, physical damage is not covered by a
manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty Repairs
AVS provides warranty service by our own factory trained personnel at
our facility, providing quicker turnaround than the manufacturer offers.
We consistently update our knowledge and test equipment to maintain
Authorized Service Center status with the leaders in the industry. For
even faster warranty service, please supply a copy of the invoice
including the purchase date and the dealer your unit was originally
purchased from.
